At Totally Norfolk we specialise in residential and commercial lettings, property management and holiday lets in Norfolk, UK.
We offer a comprehensive range of property services and provide a bespoke approach to each and every client's property needs; whether it's fully managed, let only, holiday let management or something else entirely!
We are an independent firm, with a small, dedicated team. We operate online and have presence on the ground in North Norfolk and beyond.

We have lived in the area for quite some time and know it like the back of our hands. Between us our team share a wealth of experience, having worked in the local property industry for years. We feel that there is no substitute for real local knowledge!

Holiday Lettings
We offer anything from bookings only to full management of holiday rental properties.
From dealing with multiple booking platforms, guest relations, maintenance issues, along with health and safety matters - we've got you covered!
We market our properties on mainstream booking platforms, via social media and a handful are marketed on the Totally Norfolk website.
We deal with the bookings process, guest queries (prior to/during/after their stay), cleaning, laundry, maintenance, hot tub upkeep, chimney sweeping, gardening, you name it. We also carry out checks prior to guest arrivals, ensuring that properties are guest-ready, relevant fire safety checks have taken place and records are up to date.
We can provide sundries and hampers with anything from the basics to a selection of fine treats and locally sourced produce.
We also offer out of hours call out service and are on-call should your guests encounter any issues, or require assistance, during their stay in Norfolk.
We are in tune with changes in the market and consumer demands, We are always on hand to give you advice on creating a successful and profitable holiday let, should you require it.
We appreciate the importance of presenting your property to the highest standards possible for your guests, so they will return again and again.

This two bedroom cottage sleeps up to four guests and four legged friends are most welcome too.
Avocet Cottage is located in a quiet residential row, and yet is very close to Sheringham's wide, sandy beach and town centre.
It is a perfect choice for guests who seek an English seaside retreat. Sheringham offers a delightful mix of high street and boutique shops, along with many cafes, eateries and ice cream parlours.
Paddle boarders will be able to hire boards from the seafront and you'll find a sauna down there too!
For walking enthusiasts, the Coastal Path is within easy reach.
Buckenham Cottage, Cromer

The cottage sleeps up to three people and offers contemporary charm within an old world setting, having been tastefully renovated and updated with everything one would need for a delightful stay in Cromer.
Haven Cottage is an ideal place from which to relax and enjoy all that Cromer (and beyond) has to offer.

Fisherman's Cottage is a charming one-bedroom retreat centrally placed in the heart of Cromer, moments from the seafront, beach and high street.
This delightful brick and flint cottage is over 200 years old and offers oodles of charm. It was once the home of a local fisherman who sold Cromer crabs from his window.
Our guests love this place and you'll see that it has rave reviews online! It is homely and comfortable, having been lovingly restored by it's current owner.
Despite being centrally located, the setting is extremely peaceful and has been kitted out for all of your holiday needs.
Four-legged friends are most welcome to stay too.
Port Cottage, Cromer

Port Cottage is a great base for those seeking a coastal holiday in Cromer, and is located in the heart of the town, with a host of shops, eateries, cafes, pubs and supermarkets on your doorstep.
This is a super comfortable dwelling in which to stay at any time of year, it's quaint and cosy and features a log burner in the sitting room, which is ideal in cooler climes. The kitchen is well equipped for all of your self catering needs (if you decide to stay in), the double bedroom is extremely comfortable and the bathroom offers a large walk-in shower.
The cottage is located a stone's throw from Cromer Railway Station, which is ideal if you're travelling by train.

St Judes, Mundesley

A delightful and spacious four bedroom property offering groups of friends and families quality time away in a spacious and superbly located setting, located just 300 yards from the sandy beach and amenities of the village centre. Mundesely is a charming, traditional Norfolk village and offers shops, cafes, a pub and a golf course. Surf and paddle boards can hired from Glide Surf School during the summer months. You'll also find mini golf and an ice parlour located near the seafront.
St Judes is spacious and offers a large sitting room and dining room, along with a well equipped kitchen. It is sprawled out over three levels, and provides an ideal, spacious base for a holiday in this part of Norfolk.
